Stephen Curry kicked has off a new season in the NBA and last week alongside Under Armour they introduced a new shoe to remind the world that he still has everything left to prove. The Curry 3 is the latest addition to his signature footwear collection, the Curry 3. The new ad campaign, created in collaboration with the Droga5 agency, tells the story of a reborn Curry, proud of his accomplishments, but coming off last year’s disappointment, eager and motivated to write the next chapter in basketball history. Shot by Director Harmony Korine, the spot is set in the Bay Area and features local athletes whose passion for basketball has been ignited by Curry. In the spot, this legion of young, progressive basketball players lists the ups and downs that have marked Stephen’s career, with each one urging him to “make that old.” With the utterance of each phrase, the players remind the viewer that for Curry, whether he’s celebrated as a global sport and cultural icon, or vilified for a heartbreaking loss, nothing in the past is as important as what is to come. The spot features the Curry 3, Stephen’s newest signature shoe, which debuted on October 21. The Dub Nation colorway, which is featured in the spot, will be available on UA.com and the UA Shop App on October 25. The SC Camo colorway will follow with a release at retailers nationwide on October 27. The Curry 3 retails for $140.00 and features UA’s newest technology, UA Threadborne™, a fabric innovation derived from the thread composition of a parachute (called paracord). It provides the wearer with lightweight, breathable support for optimal levels of dynamic performance on court.

Additional colorways of the Curry 3 will be released throughout the season. Download the UA Shop App on iTunes and Google Play. In addition to the spot, the “Make That Old” campaign will also feature fresh digital content, such as Snapchat videos and a suite of social content. The brand will launch the full campaign through both traditional and digital channels; with YouTube, Snapchat and more playing pivotal roles in the distribution of the campaign message.

2019 has been Travis Scotts year as far as his Air Jordan collaborations are concerned. This month the Houston native is adding these forthcoming Air Force 1 low’s this impressive lineup of Nike collaborations.

The intricate model’s most striking feature has to be the giant gold zipper that runs down the entire tongue. In addition to this uppers are made up of a blend of dark and light colours with gold detailing emblazoned all over. The look gets finished off with a sail midsole and gum rubber outsole.

MAN ARRESTED FOR SELLING $127 MILLION IN FAKE FOOTWEAR

The NYPD recently arrested a Queens native after a decade-long fraud investigation that smashed a counterfeit ring that imported over $5M worth of fake timberlands, UGGS and other footwear into NYC.

Since 2011, Federal prosecutors have alleged that Hai Long Huang had been sending containers of fake footwear into New York from China.t.

The Timberland boots were found to be fake when law enforcement agents removed Timberland’s signature tree from the bottom of the shoe, which revealed a ‘Fangeli’ logo. During another sale a federal agent was able to purchase a case containing twelve pair of Timberlands for $515.

Huang is reported to have shipped 27,252 of fake Uggs, with a sale value of $4,741,840. He also sold 6000 pairs of the Timberland boot, that totalled a sale value of $123 million.

Huang appeared in court yesterday and released on $75K secured bond.
