Alongside the slew of releases that Nike will be unleashing for this year’s Air Max Day we are also getting blessed with a tonal red and tonal blue pair of the beloved runner. The entire crep including the leather uppers get covered in their respective colours keeping things clean and simple.   Both pairs are slated to drop this coming Friday March 17th at select stockists. In between Kanye West’s random posts on his reignited Instagram account something special popped up today. The artist has posted what appears to be the first look at his debut Yeezy BSKTBL model. While his IG is littered with some lookbook images that no one has really been talking about, the above image has caused a considerable stir as this is the silhouette that will herald his foray into the Basketball performance sneakers.

There are no details on the model as of yet apart from what you see above. The model boasts hits of 3M on the heel and tongue. as well as a translucent midsole.

NIKE AIR x FEAR OF GOD COLLABORATION

Jerry Lorenzo, the designer reveals his first Nike collaboration in a short film dedicated to his Sixth Collection. Word circulates the sneaker will be called, the ‘Nike Air Fear of God 1’.

The sneaker is expected to release in three colorways, the Light Bone/Sail colorway is shown within a clip of the short film. The ‘Nike Air Fear of God 1’ is complimented with subtle Nike branding on the upper and heel and a sneaker boot aesthetic. A release date is currently unknown, although Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God x Nike Collection is expected to be release his latest this coming October at selected retailers. The retail price tag is set at $395 USD for a pair.

The Arrival of ‘Air Huarache Grip’

Huarache is turning 27 years old this year! The trainer has been redesigned as the Huarache Drift and Huarache Breathe previously. Is there a better way to celebrate than to restyle the sneaker! A new addition is hitting the market from September 22nd is known as ‘The Air Huarache Grip’! The kicks will be sold at Nike.com and other Nike and at selected Nike retailers. How exciting for all the sneaker heads and Swoosh lovers.

The Nike Air Huarache has a light and speedy appearance, with a high-top sock style ankle collar, that includes an large lace shroud with a ‘cool’ styled Huarache branding. The heel features a ‘Grip’ print instead of your traditional ‘Air’ text, contrasting accents have been placed on the heel tab and toebox. Both the Sail/Team Orange-White-Wolf Grey and Black/Olive Canvas-Indigo Burs have been revealed. Please see complimentary photographs of the newly styled sneakers.
